Archery, Halloween, BBQ, Trophies…you don’t want to miss this!
Our annual prizegiving is on Saturday 28 October at our outdoor range.
11am – Spooky fun Halloween themed shoot
1pm – BBQ and our prizegiving
We’ll be awarding trophies to the winners of our indoor, target, clout and field champs; our champions of champions; our youth archers; and certificates to all those who broke records at this year’s indoor nationals. All welcome – bring the family!
Help us win the Interclub Challenge (again)!
Open to all members, the monthly Challenge is shot at our outdoor range, on the below Saturdays. We need at least 9 members to shoot each time – any bow type, experience, ability – the more the merrier!
11 November | 13 January | 24 February | 16 March | 13 April
The round is a modified Canadian 900 (90 arrows at 3 distances, the longest being 55/45/35 meters). Any age can take part, but you do need to be comfortable shooting the distances – see all the distances and rules here.
To join in, just come along on any of the above dates – no need to register, no cost, and no obligation to shoot on all the dates. You can shoot at any time on the allocated day, you just need an adult member to sign off your score. There’s a separate Messenger group for the Interclub devotees, just send the club a message and we can add you in.
ADAA Clout Champs
If you want to legitimately shoot arrows into the air, you won’t want to miss the ADAA Clout Champs on Sunday 26 November. Held at Rutherford College in Te Atatu, clout is a really fun event for archers of all bow types, ages, and stages.
