CLUB News

Thank you for a great ADAA Round & Swap Meet!

A big thank you to everyone who came along on Sunday for the ADAA 600 Round and our Swap & Meet Event. We had an amazing turnout, plenty of great shooting, and a fantastic display of preloved gear. There’s still some second-hand equipment available, including items that were generously donated to the club. If you’re looking for affordable bits and pieces to add to your kit, feel free to reach out.

A reminder that we also have a Buy & Sell / Discussion group in the MGAC WhatsApp community, where members can list gear, ask questions, and connect with others.

Do you have a First Aid Certificate | Or want to earn one?

MGAC is looking for members who can help keep our events safe by acting as First Aiders. If you are already certified or interested in completing a course, let us know so that we can assess if we can organise separate training for our members. Your support is vital to ensure we have qualified people on hand during tournaments and club events. Get in touch to register your interest!

North Island Championships 2026

Dates for the North Island Championships 2026 have been announced 14-15 March 2026 and will be held in Manawatu. More info and registration on ArcheryOSA website.

Share Your Moments

Got great photos or stories from the range, tournaments, or club events? We’d love to feature them on MGAC’s social pages! Action shots, team moments, achievements, or fun behind-the-scenes snippets; everything helps us showcase the heart of our club. With the holidays and summer season starting everyone will be out and about shooting or enjoying a good old day at the beach, so posts may slow down or be a little delayed in the next month or so. Sending content through and/or tagging us in it will really help keep the page lively.
