Need To Know This Week

Interclub Challenge this Saturday
The Archery NZ monthly Interclub Challenge is on this Saturday at our outdoor range – join in! No need to register and no cost – you just need an adult member to sign off your score.
The round is a modified Canadian 900 (90 arrows at 3 distances, the longest being 55/45/35 meters). Any age and any bow type can take part, but you do need to be comfortable shooting the distances – see all the distances and rules here
And, this year you can get pins to add to your quiver! Find out how, here.  Email us to join the Interclub Messenger Group where all things Interclub are shared.

Want to get in some Field practice?
Janis Blake and Mike Smerdon will be setting up a Field round at our club on Sunday 14 January – anyone who wants to practice Field is welcome to join in. Be ready to shoot by 9.30am and please head along early to help set up.

Burtons are the Best
We’re hosting a Burton round on 6 February, so join in! A Burton round is 5 ends at each distance of 55m, 46m, and 37m (except under 16s which will shoot 37m, 28m, and 18m).  This is a registered Major tournament which means NZ records and pin badges will be available.
10am bow inspection, 10.30 shooting starts. $35 each, look out for registration and more details  on Archery OSA from 11 January.

North Island Youth Champs
