Indoor Range – Keychain Reminder
Please remember there is a chain on the inside of the door to our indoor range. DO NOT open the door if the sign is on the door indicating the range is in use. The chain has been broken twice now by members forcefully opening the door when the chain is on.
A new sign will go on the door as a reminder. If you are the first to open up, please remember to put the chain on. It is there for everyone’s safety.
Barebow Essentials #2, 28 July
Kerry Hoole is running a barebow tuning course for archers over the age of 14 who have been shooting for more than six months. The session will cover limb alignment, tiller setting, rest adjustment, and more, for just $25 for MGAC members, $30 for other clubs. See Archery OSA for more details and to register. Please note this is not a beginners course.
AGM: official details Saturday 27 July, 1pm, Mount Albert YMCA, mezzanine room
Do you want to have a say in the running of our club? Now’s the time to think about joining the committee. The AGM is your chance to nominate yourself (or someone else) either as an officer or a committee member. You can make a nomination at the AGM, or by emailing secretary@mgac.org.nz beforehand.
Every financial member over the age of 16 is entitled to vote either in person or via proxy (by completing this form in advance). The agenda for the AGM was sent out on Sunday 7 July.
Talk to any current committee member to find out more.
