ADAA 600 Round
This Sunday MGAC is hosting the ADAA 600 round at our outdoor range. Free to join, the shoot is 90 arrows at 30 metres, starting on a 122cm face.  Once you’ve achieved 600 points or more, you move to the next face size down (i.e. 80cm) at the next shoot.

Registration is at 1pm, with shooting starting no later than 1.30pm. More details here . Thanks to Alan Flynn for hosting this.

Member Spotlight is live on our socials – get involved!

We’re excited to announce our Member Spotlight form is now live!

This is your chance to be featured on our social media and help celebrate the amazing people that make up our archery club. Whether you’re a long-time member or just getting started, we want to hear your story.

To be featured, simply fill out the form and email a photo of yourself to socialmedia@mgac.org.nz. It’s quick, easy, and a great way to showcase the spirit of our community.

Access the form here.

Any questions, please contact Tina Shepherd, our social media lead.

Indoor Range – scout event 28 July
We are hosting a scout group at the indoor range on Monday 28 July, 5.30 – 8.15pm. There will be limited space for shooting alongside  and any members will need to shoot at the shorter distance the scouts will be using.  Any questions about this event, please contact Kerry Hoole.

Indoor Range – contribute to our new artwork!
We’ve created a new artwork at our indoor range, which doubles as a bin for broken nocks. Add your nocks to the tube, and let’s see the artwork grow!
