Operating Guidelines

COVID Orange light

Mountain Green Archery Club operates from 14 April 2022 as part of the COVID-19 Protection Framework (CPF or “traffic lights”) Orange level. To ensure we can shoot safely together, please follow the guidelines below.

ON EITHER RANGE, AT ANY TIME

There are no number limits on gatherings nor any requirement to use QR codes or My Vaccine Passes.

If you are unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms, if a household contact is unwell, or if you/they have had a positive COVID-19 test result, please stay home and isolate as directed.

If you have recently recovered from COVID-19, please take care when returning to archery and visiting the range. Please follow government guidelines about returning from isolation, and allow plenty of time for rest.

OUTDOOR RANGE

There is no requirement to wear masks at the outdoor range, though mask use is still recommended as one of the best ways to prevent spread of COVID-19 and other viruses. Mask use is at your option.

INDOOR RANGE

There is no requirement to wear masks at the indoor range, though mask use is still recommended as one of the best ways to prevent spread of COVID-19 and other viruses. Mask use is at your option.

When weather permits, the door to the range must be left open when people are present inside the range as a way to increase ventilation.

COACHING

Neither coaches nor course attendees are required to provide My Vaccine Passes.

Time to get shooting and reconnect together

Please take the opportunity to reconnect with your archery mates.

If you have feedback or questions on these guidelines, you are welcome to contact Kelly Atkinson (President) or any committee member anytime, to reach the club through Messenger, or to provide anonymous feedback online.
